This line was customized to meet the needs of the Automotive Industry who required a means of inspecting both sides of the sheet at the same time. This line allows this to happen and is able to handle Exposed Automotive, Galvanized and Prepainted product .010" to .060" thick. With side trim capability and the spot welder welding the already processed trail to the new lead you have a continuous operation. There is also an Electrostatic Oiler which re-applies oil coating of the type and coverage specified and allows for double sided application.  This line is located in our 240,000 sq. foot facility on Green Road in Stoney Creek, Ontario and is the only one of its kind in North America.
